Join the Exploratory Studies Learning Community and try on a potential major. Through Exploratory Studies, students can take general education courses that will allow them to see what a major has to offer.

Students will work with a dedicated faculty member on campus, while navigating which major is the best fit for their time at UNCG. Through individual assessments, co-curricular initiatives, and in-class discussions, students will explore their values, passions, and academic interests.

Eligibility

Open to all first year students who are still exploring majors or are deciding between two or more majors at UNCG

** This Learning Community is open to students living on-campus or commuting to campus
