Global Village

This community is open to all first-year students enrolled in a Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian, or Spanish course. Students will have an immersion experience exploring various languages and cultures within a residential community. You will participate in a variety of internationally focused events and practice and improve your language skills under the guidance of native-speaking Peer Facilitators. As a community, you will explore global issues on and off campus, and interact with faculty whose teaching and research relates to aspects of international literatures, languages and cultures.
